Knotehole Island

Okay I downloaded this on my tag Luck2654 for my xbox 360 and i would like to use it on another profile thats on this console i have. I was told by a techi from xbox it should work. well I screwed up and got a corrupted download of the file and it well corrupted my saved game i worked on forever. So I am here to find out when you can do the Knotehole quests after you start a new game. After losing my big saved game from corruption I thought it would be nice to know. If anyone can help me that would be great.

I am ceratin that the big freeze quest is given when you first explore explore Oakvale and for the 2nd quest (i forget what it i s called) i think after the spire
