I got the cape when i found the body piece

the cape is on the rain one in one of them building while you are destroying the blue orb thing right before you enter the rain temple

ok they're pretty simple to find:
just look in all of the chests while doing the shrine quests-(main quests).
it's that simple.
i have the armour with a halo above my character's head.lol.i look so cool.lol.

ive got the armoure from the shrines but the legs are'nt there.

I believe the trousers, or "legs", are found in the first shrine. The one where you melt the snow.

The cape/Shoulder piece to the armor is in the storm shrine and should be found during the time when you are hitting the ball around and killing the shadows
