Knothole chest I can see, but not reach

When on Knothole Island, go under walkway bridge past the temple in the middle of what is lake when rainy and go halfway up the winding path to where you go to dig up the first key.

Turn around to face the temple, look left to the rock wall. There is a ledge with a large pine tree and a chest. No matter what the weather, I cannot reach that area.

Really bugging me even if it is some useless crap item.

I think you get it after u beat the water temple you warp up there but everything is frozen again so u cant get it. Then when you get back to town you have the power to change the weather to what you want it to be. So make it rain again then go back to the rain temple run through it and go through the warp then you can get the chest on that ledge.

If it's the one I think you're on about, it's sexy scars chest. Run all the way back to town and go under the bridge at the supports and run all the way along.
