Knothole island after the spire?

If this is a repeat, sorry. Having trouble with the site. I'd like to do the knothole quest after i finishe the spire quest. Will it still be there when i return?

You can do the quest from after you defeat Thag and meet Thereasa in Bowerstone to anytime in the game.

Well you can't do the whole quest from the beginning.
The Knothole Island quest is split up into 4 different quests and becomes available depending on how far you've progressed in the main story line. ^_^
