Knothole Island DLC - Weather Chamber [Concern]

Im extremely annoyed since i cannot buy any good augments without the island being in Sunshine.

I can access the weather chamber but the totems don't work i.e the (A) button doesn't show up so I cannot use them to change the weather.

They worked before but now they are just broken ;(

Someone help please?

my shop doesnt update since the Sunshine Relic is doesnt work...
