Kodu is already being categorized

I think it is a bit harsh to call this new game Kodu, the 360 version of LBP as IGN say, in otherwords a copy. It's game play is al ot different, okay it has an editing tool with it, however Kodu allows you to make first-person shooters, birds eye view, racing, platforming.. Almost every game. Whilst LBP, it was a platformer, so it did have an editing tool, but Far Cry has had one, does that mean LBP is a copy of that. I mean the cartoony style of Kodu is kind of similar to LBP, but they're bothed aimed at casual gamers not serious. So these Sony fanboys were expecting a microsoft game aimed at familys to have blood sucking, drugged up porn stars. It's a shame this game sounds great, from what they say so far the demo isn't my style of genre, but the commentary makes your mouth water!

Kodu means "home" in Estonian.

All FPS games are a rip-off on Doom.

So why should we bother? The Sonyboys are just nervous microsoft will top them..

Actually Wolfenstein was "lvl 0.1" of FPS games, but Doom took it to the first. Opinions vary, but both can be classified as "the first".

i know but as if you can call it LBP they were not the first level editor, they just had a very big editor. but it specialised in platforming

Super Smash Bros. Brawl had a platformer level editor before LBP anyway.

rpg maker was way before anything it was on ps1&2 but my point is still valid.
