Okay... I know about the Hunter's Lodge (which is apparently a new "region") but I seem to be missing something. Where exactly do I acquire the Auroran outfit and my Boxer dog breed?

Also, I assume the quest and region go hand in hand? Or does it appear on my list after a certain point in the game?
