Dammit. I was only looking at a huge-massive compilation list of all the known available dog breeds just this week on Destructoid (I think it was on Destructoid anyway).
If I can dig up the link again, I'll share it. Although, there's definitely going to be a much more varied set of dog breeds in Fable 3 - along with much more variety with regards to your hero's alignment and how it affects your dog.

i want a dog that looks like my dog IRL. she's all black with tufts of dark dark dark brown hair at her leg joints, under her ears, along the bottom of her tail, and on her belly.

Your dog evolves with you (much more than F2) and it changes their whole personality. I bet more than not they'll make the dog more customizable (perhaps with dyes? I doubt dyes, but there has to be some system)

Yea, there's only two breeds we know of right now: the Collie and the Boxer. Personally, I really like the looks of Fable 3's Boxer, and since I'm getting the LE, that's probably the one I'll use first. Still, I'm sure there are more breeds that we'll find out about once the game is released at the end of October, and there has to be the option to have a generic mutt like the one you start out with in Fable 2.
