Sorry if this thread name is somewhat misleading, but it's the only one I can think of that isn't way too long. Many reviews of Fable III that I've read claim it's impossible to beat the game as the good ruler and still have a full treasury. I for one managed to do so in a few days with 9 million gold in my treasury and 10 million to myself.
I wanted to create a list of people who have done this so we can show critics and skeptics that it can be done. You are only eligible for this list if you did NOT receive substantial amounts of gold or help from other players at any time and did NOT stall the game to earn more gold from real estate. Please be honest.

If they had just invested some time and thinking into their playthrough they would've realized that it is actually far too easy to amass gold.

As it was in Fable, Fable TLC and Fable 2.

This being without using the changing-the-date-cheat, of course.

Lionhead made this game waaaaaaaay too easy. I managed to do everything perfectly on the first go.

If only busking were as lucrative in real life.

On the FIRST go, without trying at ALL I amassed about 5 mil after being a benevolent ruler.

(One my friends watches me play a lot, and in Fable II I paid more attention to money than I did the game, so in Fable III I worried more about the game.)

Second playthrough, I made more than enough without cheating. Why do people cheat at this game??

I did it without cheating. Just kept buying and selling and buying and selling...I didn't rush through the game like an idiot just to see what the end was. I very patiently did everything and found everything (that I could on one profile) and all the while the gold accrued mightily...

I managed to make every good decision and end the game with 6.5 million gold in my treasury as well. In fact, I've done it several times.

That's what I did the first time, just for my 100% complete good character. On my other characters, I still buy every building and accumulate gold from shops and rent, but I don't find all the collectables, do all the quests, etc. like I do for my 100% complete characters. Because of that, there isn't quite as much time to collect gold, so before the battle with the Crawler, I just sell all of my property for about (if I'm remembering correctly) 2.5 million gold.
