Loading problem?

For some reason I cannot for the life of me load my first hero. I had just gotten all the demon doors and a 5 star blacksmith job when it froze. I can load any other hero. Just not him. Any help.


P.S.
If it helps I have the limited edition and XBL so I do have extra content.
