On the map, what is the name of the town just South of Millfields in the water and how do you get to it? I beat the main mission and still nothing.
 
Driftwood and you have to go to that one bridge where you pay the man 750 to build da bridge to old gyspy camp.

They NPC you pay the 750g to is located in Millfields on a hill next to the lake.
