Look at the spire?

Ok so I'm suppose to look at the tattered spire.....and I'm getting no where. Where exactly am I suppose to look?

Do you mean after you've chosen love, sacrifice, or wealth? You don't actually have to look at it in order to do anything, it's just there in case you want to look at it.
