Love?

I have an issue that i'd like to express with you.

I have trouble believing and feeling loved, I do love my family and a few of my really good-friends. But i cant believe it, I cant believe it when THEy say it, I dont feel loved at all, I dont feel special at all.

My parents have never said it to me, And this year is the first year that people have started telling me that they love me.

I want to feel loved, I guess i cant really get help, this is more of a express of what I feel or think.

I am not sure I can... You just have to think and realize that if people hang out with you then they do love you in some way shape or form, that your parents love you, that your lasses and lads love you.

To help fix your problem, you should try to identify why you don't feel loved by your family and friends, then work on it from there. I had this same problem with the one girlfriend I've had in my young life. It didn't seem like she cared about me at all. She never showed it. Do the people in your life do things to show you that they love you besides just saying it?

It sounds more like you're not getting enough attention from your parents and friends.

Have a talk with your parents, a serious one involving them sitting down with you. And ask them if they really love you, let them know you're having trouble believing it. They must love you to some extent if you're still with them all this time, and if they've bothered to tell you so, many who don't would've just had the child placed in foster care.

Im the same with you, i don't believe people when they say i love you.
Pretty much I just hope they don't want to hurt me and that i've found a group i can be happy with
