m7a Breaks the 1,000,000 gold Mark

I was checking the leader boards last night and I saw that someone named m7a broke the 1 million gold mark!!!

His strategy was to play spinnerbox until he could get to the five star tournament and then play until he hit it big i think he said he palyed for 9 hours straight:wacko:!!!

I can't wait to get home and try this :w00t:

He plays Fortunes Tower not Spinnerbox, and there's an exploit on Fortunes Tower that is basically 100x multiplier so you never lose money, he just plays the tournament version non-stop to stay on the leader board, its quite pointless because hes making barely any money just playing torunment.

yep, I believe it buys one castle. That's a lot to win. I'd want to buy both the temples first though. I think with both, you get a special gift.

he can have so much more money than 1,000,000 though because the leaderboards only tell you the amount of money people make in competitions and not outside the tournaments where i make my money on spinerbox(not well lately 70,000 debt

Yeah I saw that afterwards. I had read it wrong. He is playing fortunes tower.

Man, I wish I had a 360 so I could play Pub Games...
Anyway, that's crazy that he got 1 Million...It's gotta be cool knowing you'll be starting the game with a million gold.

He's upto 1.4 mil now I think he may be using a cheat.

Well, yes, he's probably using the Fortune's Tower one. Which, to me, is fine if you're just building up gold outside of the tournaments, and admittedly I used it to win a tournament, but I'm not going to use it to actually boost my score and get up on the top of the leaderboards. That's just cheap.

I don't think that will happen with Fable 2. It's fans are smart enough to know that they need to eat and sleep and stuff.

I have 2.5 million gold. And on the leader boards if your playing the tournament then your only making the money that you win off the tournament, not what your score was during it. That's why I'm not playing the tourney, if i was i would be #1 with 2.5 mill. Plus if i am going to cheat i don't want it to have an affect on others aka the leader board. My first character will be a wealthy corrupt individual while my second will be the noble in debt guy.
