Mac/mod

well i have looked myself and have such found no program to assist in modding for mac users i think i have found the files but obviously a app would be so much easier
basically:
Does such a app exist?
if no how would i go about modding?
im sorry this has probably been asked so many times but i cant find it

I am pretty sure you have to have windows or linux for this...not exactly sure, Also there is another post about this:

thanks mate ive swapped to windows 7 and now just need to get the trainer working

Most of the tools, trainers work on Windows 7. You just need to run them as Administrator and in compatibility mode (Windows XP SP3 suggested)
