where do you get the tattoes that make your arms glow and stuff becuase i want them, i believe they are called "wil user tattoes"

you spend alot of points in magic spells.

im not sure how much but if you have a stage 5 spell of any kind you shoud have all the glowy Sh!t you want

no but see in the clip the gunslinger, he/she has glowing yellow arms and they are tattoes? i was wondering how you get those yellow ones

Those aren't tattoos, but a yellow dyed shirt which covers your arms.

I believe it's Highwayman's Coat, Primary dyed black and secondary yellow. Not 100% sure if it's the one though.

The sleeves are from the Highwayman coat (dyed secondary white actually, which you see when its in the dark). He's not wearing a shirt at all in that clip, you can see the Will lines on his chest in the last scene.
