MAJOR GLITCH IN GAME HELP!!!

okay so im in the quest in reavers manor, and i just got to fighting balverines, when i fell through the floor somehow!!!! now im in an endles fall, the mansion isnt even in sight, and i cant get out of it. I reload my game and im there. in limbo. WHAT DO I DO?!?!? I REALLY DONT WANT TO START OVER!

You didn't save when you fell through the floor, did you?

I've really never heard of that glitch happening there before. Where did you stand before you fell through the map?

Yeah that is strange, one; the floor devouring you, and then falling forever. It almost reminds me of the x-files lol.
I kind of had that situation, were i fell into a gap between the stairs, and couldn't move. What i did was hit the start button to take me to the sanctum, went to the map, to fast transport me some where else.
However situation, does make me conclude that you might not be-able to; solely because you might be stuck in mid game, so you might not be able to go to the sanctum.
