why would fable take the super power of the game and reduce its damage by nearly 300 dmg its so laim i supose it would be easyer to complet the rest of tlc with a weapon capable of producing damage like something out of that big thing in star wars the (death star) OOOOHHH so anyways why would they do it who is she???

In Fable it wasn't meant to be used as if you kept the Sword of Aeons it was the end of the game.

Now with you keeping on playing afterwards with the new the TLC missions you will actually use the Sword of Aeons and if it was kept at it's power of original Fable it would be seriously imbalanced.

Along with Avo's Tear, the Sword of Aeons is still the strongests weapon in the game, so it doesn't matter much anyway.

The Solus might have highest damager per swing, but the most damage per second belongs to Avo/Aeons. Also, heavy weapons are most likely to be disrupted between swings so with Avo/Aeons it's easier to maintain a constant stream of damage.

I think the Solus is WAY too overpowered. That would be another thing to consider if they ever get around to performing updates for the game.

The most wicked and evil looking weapon in the game, yet so beautifully designed. Nevermind Aeons or Avo, aswell as the Solus. I'm always playing with the Bereaver because to be honest Fable is easy enough to finish without those really powerful weapons.

The Bereaver is a cheapass duplicate of the razer swords carried by the bandit lords. The only difference is it's a tiny bit longer, does a ton more damage, and requires two hands to wield.

Well I suppose it made sense using it for my Bandit profile, since it was the weapon of choice for the other Bandit lords.

That Bluetane cleaver is pretty sweet aswell. I love brutal weapons, the cleavers are just my cup of tea.

They didn't even make any good differences between the weapons, and how they are held, how they are swung, or how they sound when you wield them! The cleavers should seriously be what they are described as when you buy them! Heavy and brutal! So why doesn't it sound heavy? Why is it so easy to swing around? Why does it make someone fly back the same as any other weapon?

Yeah, a Cleaver or Axe shouldn't be swung the same as a slick Katana. Well, as always, we'll have to hope for better times in Fable 2.
