The simple answer is You can't, Your not allowed because You don't have a pass. Only members of The SSS (Super Secret Suprise) Buttsecks Club have access to that island.

I'm not sure what more shocking, the ability to speak of it or that fact its members are having difficulty expanding.

Although, this is getting in danger of becoming smut wridden off topicness, so lets finish with something relevant.

Many areas of the world map are inaccessable. Some of them map later be added as DLC, other may alway remain just land on a map. If its visable from an ingame point, it might be possible to swim to it, and if so it may or may not contain an easter egg.

In all honesty, they probably got bored and and decided to add some extra scenery to the map. Go figure.

I only asked because there is a quest exclamation point above it. Shouldn't I be able to unlock it...somehow?
