Buy a wedding ring, make her fall in love with you until the slider reaches the ring symbol, then give her the ring as a gift. You will then be engaged. Then, go to any house you own, look at the little piece of parchment on the front of the house (where you can enter redecorate mode/sell the house, etc) and select Set as marital home. Voila, you are married.
Buy condoms and always choose safe sex unless you want children.

And make sure that the wedding ring you choose is good enough for your missus as some of them will refuse a lower-grade ring. Civil ring is a good all-rounder, I've found. Jewellers and some general stores will sell them to you or you can sometimes dig them up or find them in chests.
