marriage and money/houses

I have 2 questions.

1) How much money can you get from marriages? I want to marry a noble if it's worth it.
2) If you marry someone who owns a house, do you get the house? (There's servants who own the houses in millfield)

I don't know how much money one can get, only how much you can spend... But:
