ummm... no... I don't believe you can marry the children... mainly since when you marry an npc you are able to have sex with them... most people do not like to have sex with children... but to be honest I've never tried... because I also do not like to marry and have sex with children... I guess on your own game you're welcome to try... go nuts! =]
