Massive Halo 3 Co-Op Feature Leaked?

Some modders have found some interesting things inside of the Halo 3 Beta that could be an amazing find if there is any truth to the details they have found. They have unearthed some information about the Co-Op campaign and Xbox Live and found this text hidden in there.

"The game cannot start because all players are set to observer. Too many players for splitscreen. Only 2 players may play splitscreen coop on the same Xbox 360 console. The party size is too large to start the game. Up to 4 players may play coop on Xbox Live or System Link. Loading information from Xbox Live..."

oh man... I would totally kill to be able to finally play Halo co-op online... and 4 players would be so fun, though totally ridiculous :lol:
this is a rumour I would love to see pan out
