no only on tlc but if you do play tlc than you can't turn her in if your married if you are you can't.
if your playing the original fable you can get her killed after you're married go in bowestone north punch/kick a guard then they chase you get behind lady grery and the guards will use the crossbow and kill lady grey(i did it) and shes dead and your technically mayor
