how do i get that acheivement? im being about as "publicly indecent" as i can.

for public indesencey take off all your clothes and try to seduce a guard,and it might help to be evil...

how i got it was that i took off all my clothes and did a vulgar trust. it works.

lol I just went to oakridge and stood there for a few minutes. When the sun came up they tried arrest me.
