Merging With Pub Games

I need some help, I merged my pub games patron with the same character on Fable 2 three times, I got the Highrollers Coat and the Backflip book. The second and third time I tried to merge just the Highrollers coat, but it didn't work for some reason.
Anyone can help me out here?

Wish I could, I don't know how to merge anything it seems. I apply it to a game but I can't find what I win, just the cash.

Exactly my problem also. Im just to lazy to look up in-depth ways to do it though.

just talk to a gamemaster and then exit off of their game. your items will be given too you then.
