Messed Up during game

When i was the king, i had to make discussions etc as you know. I stupidity destroyed my lake, pond (has a man made island thing in the center; it is the really posh area of the whole map), by building the mine right in it. I was gutted. So after you have finished the story line etc, can you change any of the decision you have made, at the end of the game. Or do i have to start a new hero character to ensure the world i want??I was freaking out thinking holy hell, my kingdom is going to die if i do not raise the rite funds.
If i do have to start a new character, will i lose all my weapons and achievements, that i have done for the weapons?? Btw what happens to the weapon you have bought when it has reached it potential?? Does it become a legendary weapon???

It becomes a legendary weapon when u max out that specific stat say melee and range. Also. All decisions such as the lake is permanent. You can create a new character under a new profile and trade your weapons and then. Trade them to your new character.

I just managed to do it today. But still got allot of work to do with my weapons.
