MGS 4 Last In Series

Seems Hideo Kojima has announced that Metal Gear Solid 4 will be the last in the series and that he will be retiring after it. Sony were also very quick to point out that its still PS3 exclusive (though for good we dont know).

It will be a stealth game but takes players into the battlefield, and i will be putting all my effort and experience into this game.

:hmm: Quite sad really. I enjoyed these games, but I suppose every game series, must at some point in time, come to an end. Well if they are making the movie, then I guess we'll have to look forward to that.:noexpression:

I knew Hideo Kojima wouldnt continue much longer and without him im sure the series wouldnt be the same. So better to end it with all his experience and effort going into this final game than another few being made without him and them being bad and ruining reputation of Metal Gear series.
