i need to get the middle finger expression for the demon door that has u act out stuff. where did anyone find/get that expression?

yea, i've bought the crotch thrust, but upon many trips to the book store (and bower lake...looking for a book trader) i have yet to findthe middle finger. maybe i'm not far enough along in the game..
