milkshape help please

right i got 30 days to make wings for my fable char wont be easy but hey why not, i have no experience what so ever please give some instructions please if its been mentioned before sorry

Yeh unfortunately you will never complete this in 30 days. You have to create new animations. It is very time consuming, as you need an animation for everything much like facial expressions,

Honestly, If I were you, I would never use Milkshape. Go with Blender. The built in .x importer reallyy does help. You could try ripping thhe wings from a dragon...
