Can somebody help me please?
In this current play through I decided to have the mine in Millfields (I haven't had the mine in a long time as I prefer to play goody goody) and when I am inside the mine I have noticed that there are NPC's below where my Queen can go and I have seen NPC's in areas I have no idea how to get to and even NPC's with the little gift box above their head in areas I can't seem to access.
Can someone please tell me is it possible to get deeper into Millfields mine and if so how? I have been all over Millfields, into the monorail station, Pepperpot Cave and Dankwater Caverns looking for ways to get deeper into the mine with no luck.
Do I need to do that quest to bring workers to the mine or is there something else I am missing? If I have to do that quest to bring workers to the mine I don't mind as I can easily do the bring criminals to jail to stop the morality loss and keep my Queen good.

I mean how the heck am I supposed to get over there?
There doesn't seem to be any elevators in Millfields that will take me down and in the one railway track I can walk on in the mine a small train prevents me from going any further.
I have used my fireball gauntlet to light up the areas and I have seen walkways, ramps and other thing in those areas.
