Minor Annoyances

A huge pet peeve of mine is when people, when speaking, profusely use "um", "uh", and "like."

I truly lose all concept of what they are speaking of and focus on counting how many times they say those words. I had a professor who said "um" 46 times per half hour class period, and it drove me nuts ( like a pirate with a steering wheel attached to his crotch - arrrr it's drivin' me nuts)

FOCUS: What are some of your pet peeves?

Personally I see, uhm, no problem with those words. Like, uhm, those are just words you use to like buy yourself a second, or uhm, to just, like, think about, like, what say next.

They are fine if used sparingly. But when you are with someone whose every other word is "like" "y'know" and "erm" you start to focus on just those phrases and nothing else...

Personal pet peeves of mine are varied and numerous. I dislike A LOT of things...:lol:

i dont like it when people confuse me by saying things like 'just because i think everyone hates me doesnt mean they dont.' i hate that because i cant comprehend whether they are some eveyone hates them or loves them. y'know what i mean?

I can't stand it when people make threads about things that annoy them. It really annoys me.

Well, I do have 2 pet peeves that I'll share, out of so many others...

I get annoyed when I see a white girl act like a 'sterotype' black girl, and calls her friends "girlfriend".. .. just wanna beat them over the head with a grocery bag full of oranges & apples.

I also get annoyed when some Caucasian guy feels the need to shave his head completely bald, and the rest of his face too ... :getlost: and then ends up looking like a freshly circumcised penis.

They said
Excessivly in sentences. If im going to tell you what someone else said, I'm not going to say "and she said blablahblah and I said blahblah lah and she said blabla, thats what she said."

Agreed. You can't pull off that badass look without facial hair to match!

when people play around too much or stay stupid stuff just for the hell of it...i used to be a perfectionist, but now i could give a **** if you can read what i'm saying on paper(my handwriting is quite literally chicken scratch,due to my inability to give a chicken **** about it)
