Mission wont activate

I got to the Ritual where i'm supposed to talk to the abbot and the mission doesn't load. I would have made multiple saves if i had known this was going to happen. I'm used to using a ps3 so not familiar with saving on xbox's, there must have been a way to save onto several slots? also, does it sound like my save is corrupt? i'm gonna need to start from the beginning again aren't I.

i dont know if it would be corrupt. when my game was corrupt it told me when i tried to load it that it was corrupt, and would not let me load it.

Do you have enough renown?

i didnt know i had to have more renown for that mission. ive only killed the bandit guy so far. maybe ill try just making people like me more.

You'll get a notice when you have enough renown.
