Modding now that Fabletlcmods.com is gone?

Hello people,
I've recently reinstalled Fable TLC, after a few hours of playtime I decided to download some mods, but I noticed that Fabletlcmods is down and probably not going back up in the near future.
Where can we get mods from now? And does anyone still have the modding tools? I'm looking to try modding out (a little late, but better late than never, right?).
If anyone could help me out, that'd be awesome

You will find everything you need here, it will be enough for now. Make backups of everything. Go ahead and try to make a mod of your own, you might surprise yourself.

The tools are available here and there are some guides still in the Mod section of the forums as well as Mod Releases.
