i was searching through the OBJECTS when i came across a new sword ive never heard of it was OBJECT_LEGENDARY_SWORD2

i thought "ill shove that in my char's inventory, and i did.
when i went to the equipment screen it was called The Avenger.

The Avenger can be found in a 30 Silver Key chest after you take the boat to Snowspire.

Can't see either of your pictures so I can't answer the second one.

I have no idea what the backwards bow is for.
Some items/weapons just end up being backwards if you spawn them randomly.
Some people have said Scythe's weapon is backwards for them, but it works fine for me. It's just a matter of chance. *shrug* but I could be wrong.

Seriously, must just be a wierd thing that happens when you wield certain items you are not supposed to - remember those backwards Villager's Axe(s) I discovered some time ago?

That bow is called
"haunted house deed"
odd name for a bow i put in in a shopkeep before, bought it and WHAM backwards but fired normally

It's the avenger. You get it from a silver Key chest. that you've obviously never opened
