Monster Manor Locked Door

I recently bought monster manor in bowerstone market, the house in the alley, and there is a door in there that is locked and i cant figure out how to open it, any help please?

Once that door said the raise the dead spell should open it, although I need to max that out to work though. I will have to go back and try it again.

i would like to know to and moon that dont work i tryed all lvls and aimed it at it to:devil:irate:

ya but most those doors as soon as u buy the store/hoouse they will atuo matically open
