Morphing Tweaks

I'm finally happy with all the changes to morphing I've done.

Fable: The Lost Chapters Mod Scene: Finished Mods => Morph and Age tweaks

Removed all the stat based special effects.
Removed alignment based skin morphing other than tan/anti-tan.
Removed Will Tattoo's.

Aging from .7 years per stat to .4 years per stat.
Increased Max age to 70. (Basically making the full age morph not max out for a very long time)

Changed Baldness to Will instead of evil.
Increased time it takes to heal scars, as well as added bruising.
Removed the red coloring from berserk.
Removed Horns.

Only one I dont like is Changed Baldness to Will instead of evil.

Ya I'm sure not everyone will like every aspect. But then again it's more for myself.

A lot of the individual changes are seperate files though.
