Mother 3 translation is complete!!
I honestly cannot express how excited I am right now. If you ever played Earthbound for the SNES back in the day, you fell in love with the game. You just did, no other option. Now, in Japan, it was called Mother 2.
Anyways, Mother 3 came out in Japan, and it was not going to be brought over to the United States (omgwtf). Fortunately, some supremely talented people worked for 2 years to do a Japanese-English patch translation for this beloved game.
Now the patch has been done, and is downloadable from http://mother3.fobby.net/
I'm sure you can find the game itself somewhere on the internet, use google.
You might also know the hero of Mother 3 from Super Smash Brothers Brawl - Lucas. And Ness is the hero of Earthbound (Mother 2), who is also present in Brawl (and melee, and the 64 version).
I'm all atwitter with delight at the moment.
