Moving my kid into my new home?

I have a wife and a kid in bowerstone, and they live in a really crap house which my wife always moans about, the kid probably would too but hes still only a baby. So I saved up and bought a new expensive house and I chose to set it as my marital home and on the start menu it says under families that my wife now lives there without her kid. Trouble is that my kid is still in my old crappy house and on the start menu under families it says that my wife lives there as well, with the kid. Does anyone know how I move my kid into my new bigger house, so I can rent out the old one??

Your baby usually should 'teleport' to your new marital home. Not your spouse, however. Did you try to take your spouse with you before setting that building as your marital home? If not, try that. It should work then.

get your wife to follow you and take her to the new house. interact with the sign out front with her following you and set as marrital home. your family will now have moved in and your kid/s will be automaticly teleported to the new home.

Yeah, I did take my wife there and did set it as the mrital home but the kid wont move, is it a glitch or something?

you said that your kid is still in a crib right? id say its just a glich. give it time to go away, if it persists ask for help again. sounds like a glich to me, i dont know how to fix it sorry. im thinking that mabey kids in cribs dont move, but when it grows up it should.

I'm having the same problem, says I'm a bigomist with the same chick in 2 different houses and that I have 2 families. How long does it take for the kid to grow up ?

And I've married and chosen Fairfax castle to live with my family, but somehow my partner got lost in the damn huge castle *crying*
Now I can't find him, he's nowhere in Fairfax, just my baby's still waiting in the bedroom.
So what can I do to get my partner back? "Families" still shows me him living with me in Fairfax castle, but he's just-not-here-anymore!

And well, I can't choose a new home either. Damnit...help, please... :'(

And, last question: If already having a baby, is it possible my partner may still divorce from me or is the baby some kind of "stuck together forever"?

Edit: I tried out a new partner, well, I'm travelling, he's happy with all three home, status and support and as soon as I went back to him he divorced. That's not first time, every partner I had (several divordced partnerships already) went away this way. Are these bugs!?

Edit2: Wowow, now I've got big trouble
Now (new marriage after this stupid a**hole divorced -.-) my house isn't even seen as family house any longer - I can't decide how much money to give to my partner, now, normal options such as rent...

How much can I travel to not upset my partner? I mean, as soon I'm going out of the house those idiots are always divorcing, as soon -.-

I think after looking around that it is a glitch, because when I moved house, I got the marriage cutscene again meaning its a glitch. It's not too important now because my wife divorced me because I kept cheating on her and I went away for ages and she took the kid with her as well

Hrhr, now I'm happy. It's like me and daughter living in Fairfax castle, like "my husband has gone away and left us two behind".
I'm a single mother this way Because the husband is away but my daughter lifes in the castle *being happy with it*
This family won't ever go away, hehe. My husband is all angry but the bug is kewl and my daughter stays by me this way

The only thing... daughter Vanessa...>blond<... :wacko:

Hot tip to people who also are annoyed by their families always divorcing after second travel after marriage ;-P

i pretty much have the same problem. I want to move my family from bloodstone manor to cstle fairfax or my other house in bowerstone. But i dont know how!
