I've tested this, as well as 5 other friends I have that live locally.

If your rents on houses or shops are set to LOWEST, LOW, HIGH, or HIGHEST, and you play in ANOTHER MP LIVE player's game... bug time! Here is what will happen 90% of the time.. and most players don't even notice:

1) Anytime you zone into an area with that player in their game that has houses and businesses it will screw up yours in YOUR game. So the more "zones" you go with them to... the more of your shops and houses get screwed up.

2) Here is what it does. ALL houses and shops get partially RESET. All rent goes to NORMAL

3) If you owned a "special," house (a house that you can't buy, buy can later on after a quest opens it up), the game considers those houses LOCKED again. You can no longer repair them from the map (although you remain the owner). You have to go into the town, walk up to the plaque and repair it in person. DO NOT. DO NOT sell those houses! You won't be able to buy them back

(The 11/6 patch does NOT fix this issue)

So until Lionhead fixes this.... I'm NOT going into anyone elses game. I'm not going to spend 20+mins resetting all my rents to low, and end up having to manually deal with 5-6 houses.

A friend of mine (even after the 11/6) patch did a MP live game, came back, and his fable 3 would just crash on loading. He had to delete his saved game. Personally I think LH should just 100% block MP Live play until they fix the issues.

I do know computer games get released with bugs, but this is usually only with PC/MAC games due to the diversity of the HW and operating systems. This is NOT the case with F3. It's an xbox ONLY game (well with a PC version). In just one playthrough (in 48 hrs after release), I found 3 game breaking bugs, 10+ major bugs, and 15+ minor bugs. I don't mind the minor ones, but no excuse to let game breaking bugs out on console games.

Some of the bugs I am seeing as so huge, that I am astonished that they got past QA on a console based system. No excuse. And before I'm flamed, YES I am a programmer, yes I have worked for major companies (usually on MMORPG - the buggiest games of all).

To be honest, what got released would be a "best test" or a "release candidate" of the game. IMO they should have pushed back the rel date to like Dec 13th or 20th and made it a Xmas game.

I just REALLY hope they have some major DLC with major sortylines and lots of quests planned.. especially for a game that costs 20-30$ higher than your avg game.
