Multiple Achievements Not Unlocking

Do I have to get the premium version of "See the Future" in order to unlock its achievements? I downloaded the free one and I haven't gotten the gamerpoints for "The Paramour", "The Nutcracker" and "The Concierge", even though I've had sex 52 times, nailed 42 groin shots and unlocked all the demon doors in Albion.

What gives?

I think that the Premium version is required, though i'm not 100% sure. I've gotten more than 25 Crotch shots and I didnt get the achievement.

You need premium. Thats how it is for almost everything
