I like the wrinkled paper.

Not that the wrinkled paper is better than your drawing, but it adds a nice touch to the picture.

I think you overdid the lines around the eyes, it seems as if he`s wearing glasses or a mask. And it`s disturbing. (talking about the second picture)

I am making no attempt to seem poetic
but you know it it looks like it is
no matter what happens
when you have it centered
and in italics
your comment will make people feel happy
which was the whole point of the message.
