I liked the heavy guitar, but I found the wailing, screechy riff that was played over it a little annoying. If you just had the heavy guitar/bass and drums it would rock.

Thanks for listening to anyone who did. And FableFreak: that wailing, screechy "riff" was my horrible attempt at a solo about 6 months ago. :lol: I've gotten a lot better since then, but I still consider myself rhythm guitar, not lead. That recording is a perfect example why. Our music will be in more of a song format; that recording was just me messing around. So expect alot better from us in the future! Also, when I move back to Florida, we'll be able to have band practice, and our drummer is amazing(the drums on the recording are from a drum machine), so we should definitley sound better. Please don't judge the band on that one recording; it's only a bad example of what I could do six months ago with horrible equipment. In another 6 months, we should have a couple songs up, and we should sound really good.

Actually, it was quite good. Kinda reminded me of the band that did, Summertime Blues, in the early 70's.:) I liked all of it, as a whole.

It was alright. I'd like it more if it weren't for the fact I dislike Metal and HATE Death Metal. I mean, I don't enjoy lyrics that sort of go like:

STAB HIM IN THE HEART, IN THE HEART, IN THE EYE, IN THE BRAIN!

I've heard a song that says that, yes... I just don't care for it. ^^

If anyone had two hearts I'd pretty much stab the crap outta them too. I mean, they have to be a mutant or alien or something...

I didn't hear any words.:unsure: I wouldn't like it either, if it had horrible lyrics, but there weren't any.

:lol: So far we don't have any lyrics because we don't have a vocalist. Once we get everything sorted out, we will get a song posted with vocals. I'm glad everyone liked it, even if you're not into metal. Thanks for listening.

Thanks Andy! I'll be posting updates as they come. Right now, I'm waiting to move back to Florida so we can really get started making songs.

UPDATE: I posted another clip of a song we are working on. It's not finished, and I'm having trouble with some of my equipment right now, so the sound is a little off. I just wanted to keep anyone who is interested updated.
