Get it free on Christmas like me, and get the Demo when it comes out.
As to give you my opinion: pre-order it / get it yourself. Especially if you like all the extras with it (e.g. the ability to import the villager from villager maker, and all the extra items from the CE) and whatnot (either the collector's edition or normal one). Fable 3 is worth whatever money you have got. ^_^Walker;423574 said:I'm a poor college student. I can buy myself F3 on preorder or I can wait and my mom will give it to me for Christmas.
[sobs] I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DOOOOO!
Zjuggernaut;423635 said:Demo? Fable 1 and Fable 2 didn't have one. I can't see 3 having one.
Walker;423602 said:Can I say **** you both? Irrationally, I am ****ed off by your comments.
I'm holding down one job, the same one I have worked since 2006, working an (unpaid) internship, and I'll be getting the qualification to umpire softball and baseball games when the classes start up in the winter (which pays pretty good money.)
On the other hand, I'm a cheap sonuva***** and don't really have all that much spare time. So, if I wait until Christmas I a) get it for free as a present and b) get it when I don't have anything to do except work and go take the classes for umpiring.
But thank you for your wonderful advice anyway. And would you look at that? I seem to have made a decision.
Oh, and I figure out why I was ****ed. I SAID I could buy it myself. That was option A. What part of that would imply that I was one of the many, many lazy ****ers whose parents pay for them to live on campus and spend so much time making out with a toilet bowl post-weekend?

Lynne;423588 said:Yes. And don't ***** because you can't get a good education and work at the same time. I put myself through college with a job and graduated with honors. If you don't wanna go that route, then just buy it yourself because you're going to feel extremely left out if everyone one of us is chatting excitedly about it online and you can't because you have to wait a few more months.

Hell, Fable 3 is worth everything I've got! Definitely pre-ordering Fable 3 LCE/CE/LE (or whatever the official term is) in a week or two, for about €75,00.

Not your personal army;423897 said:10 $ (€ or £, whatever) a week and you will be able to buy Fable 3. If you really can't save 10 $€£ a week, I think you can avoid this game and wait for Christmas. I mean, if you can't save up 60-70 interwebs in 2 months, I think you should think to stop this very expensive hobby at least for 3-4 months.

Why don't you get your oh-so-generous husband to buy it for you? That's what I did
Oh, wait...
