My Dreamcast is dying...

No, really, it is. Not one week after my PS2 snuffs it - my Sega Dreamcast decides to kick the bucket and continually keeps shutting itself down every 15 seconds, denying me the pleasure of my beautiful Resident Evil: Code Veronica - which I really, really fancy playing right now... curse you, Dreamcast!

Who believes I can fix it? Place your bets.
