My Fable explorer wont work!

My Fable explorer wont work!

When i try to load my Fable Explorer, it freezes. there are three boxes in the background like this : ______________________________

And there is a banner type image in the middle of the screen showing the various ages of a fable character, with the words "FABLE EXPLORER
FABLETLCMOD.COM
Making our own destiny..."
It wont move from this page so i have to ctrl+alt+delete to get it off, please help!

It takes some time to Fable Explorer to start.

This also happens when you start Fable Explorer when you have Fable on!
