My first home

Ok I have had my first home for some time now, its to the left of the tavern I have had this before I killed the final dude. Since I choice the bring back the dead people of the spire, my wife was killed. And now I am unable to set it as a marital home, rent it out, or sell it.

You talking about the book store? Cause I think that's one of those "special buildings" that you can't sell

ah no the one south of that, it is the house that shares the alley way with the tavern. I think it might be a bug cause of lucien killing my wife and kid. Maybe their ghost is still in that place haha
