well, im not sure if i got this right...
my first one was wrong...
but i think i got it now...
you need to name all the cdefs things you change for one thing,...
and an fmp is the file type of fable mods

yeah i did that but when i save mods and run fable it says error splash.exe not found and then a couple of seconds later the game starts

check the texture, see if it changed, in...
if you dont know how...
click on textures on the top left...
then click the + that says main or something, its the second one on the list...
then look for the item...
most likely it will say HERO_ then whatever the item is...
click on it, then it should show you the texture

sorry bout the long time without reply but no i checked the stuff and it doesnt take effect in fable explorer ether but my mom threw a fit because she couldnt print(we have identical laptops) and smashed my screen so im kinda screwed
just asking but does anyone else have to click on the fable explorer and run it through the app. in the folder or did i install it wrong cuz all my other trainers explorers ect have icons simmilar to fables on my desktop

Yes, this also happens to me. Dont worry about it ive tried re-installing the program and so on but there is no effect, its not too much bother opening via the app is it? Anyway if the textures still dont work check if they appear in the textures.big, as animandan said, if they are there just reload them mannually. (click "save as" save it somewhere, look at the alpha and remember it, click "open new" click "browse" load them change the alpha back to its original and then click "aplly changes" then Opions>>save mods run fable) If they arent there try re-dowloading the fmp. please excuse me if there are any spelling mistakes, just about to leave for a while, so im in a rush.
