My husband won't follow me! (possible spoilers)

So I bought fairfax gardens home (dunno if i spelt that right) and i want to move my family there.. I'm trying to get my hubby to follow me so I can "set as marital home".. And he won't.. He keeps walking away.. Help please?

I don't want to kill him or divource him.. I really like my family
