myths legends etc

If there are anyrelations between the original fable it should be something like in a book syaing:

'there once was a mighty hero that pulled a sword from a stone and used that very weapon to defete his enemys but he was corrupted by the power and he broke into a prison that held he most dangerous villans of albion and he relest them back into the world to create havoc and mayhem.........'

it could happen because u could of pulled that sword from the stone near the temple of avo and it could have been ur fav weapon and u did sneak into bargate prison and freed ur mother and possably other prisoners and other thing like that.

would love to hear wha u think on this idea.

As for your comment, I agree whole heartedly. I think it would be ok if there was a little more than that, like statues and paintings, but if the hero actually made an appearance or contributed to the plot in anything more than indirectly, I would be disappointed.

It wouldn't work, seeing as it was the players choice to remove it. I went 3 whole characters before I got the Harbinger. Plus I highly doubt there will be any mention of something so unimportant (not to mention extremely implausible) in Fable 2. I wager that there will only be little, if no mention of anything out of Fable.

I reckon they should at least put something in about Jack and the Sword of Aeons, given how powerful it was and that whoever wields it is supposed to rule the world. All they have to say is that "there was a Mighty hero who defeated Jack and gained a sword powerful enough to rule all of Albion" That could be either Avo's Tear or the Sword of Aeons.
